Hello, my name is Randy Ladiski (Jim’s brother). I’ve been a gigging musician for 20 years, I was a cook for 15 years, and within the last 10 seconds, just came to grips with how rapidly I’m aging.
While my writing is typically relegated to the realm of song lyrics, I wanted to take the opportunity to guest blog, not only to get my brother off my back, but to be proactive in contributing to a culture that ends the silence, and stigmas surrounding the issues of mental health.
I also really dislike cats.
